Shanna DeJean

Ms. DeJean is a member of the Customer Care supervisory team supporting all aspects of Customer Care including Walk-in Customer Service in South Dakota, Nebraska and Montana. Ms. DeJean supervises a 20-seat contact center located in Huron, SD. She joined NorthWestern Energy in November 2011 as a Customer Service Representative and transitioned into her current position in April 2014.

She received her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Huron University in 2001 and her M.S. in Management with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University in 2003.
