Shannon Dumar is the Manager of Customer Service at Arizona Public Service (APS) with responsibility over the customer call center. She leads Supervisors, Residential, Solar, Spanish, and Transition employees. Prior to joining APS, Shannon held multiple leadership positions within Training and Talent Management for 18 years. Notable is her passion for her employees’ development, qualifications in assessment and performance barriers, and facilitation of immediate and long-term goals. She currently resides in Arizona with her husband Mark and their 4 children.
