Stephanie Winn is Manager of Talent Acquisition at Salt River Project (SRP), the nation’s third-largest public power and water utility. She has been with SRP for 25 years. Stephanie leads a team of 10 HR professionals who manage the recruiting and hiring process for the company, which includes cultivating new talent pipelines across diverse populations. She strengthened SRP’s veteran hiring practices and partnered with The Precisionists, Inc. to bring 11 neuro-diverse contractors into the organization. Stephanie led the company’s efforts to be the first utility to attain the Certified Autism Center designation. Her team is now focusing on sharing inclusive hiring best practices with hiring teams in support of SRP’s D&I initiatives.
