Steve Cooper

Steven Cooper is a lifelong Alaskan and a Professional Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience. Steve earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, while working summers at ENSTAR Natural Gas Company. Working his way through Construction, Engineering, Gas Control and Right of Way, Steve is currently the Senior Operations Manager at ENSTAR. Steve oversees the construction and maintenance of transmission and distribution gas pipelines and facilities. Responsible for all facets of project management (scope, scheduling and budgeting) and oversight and design of all company construction projects, his duties also include DOT compliance and regulatory oversight. Steve is married with two children, and enjoys hunting, fishing, flying and all other outdoor activities that Alaska has to offer.
