Steve Hawthorne, P. Eng.

Steve is the Supervisor of Engineering Programs & Major Projects at Hydro Ottawa. Steve leads
a team of Distribution Engineers who perform the role of Project Manager for substation related
capital projects, large generation connection projects and specialty programs at Hydro Ottawa
Limited. In October, 2018 Steve took on the internal role of Program Manager for Hydro Ottawa
Limited’s initiative to align and then certify to, ISO 55001.
