Sue Mallah is currently a Senior Diversity performer in Performance and Inclusion with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). In this role, she oversees the strategy and execution of governance for the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and diversity and inclusion training.
Sue joined PG&E in 2001 as an Equal Employment Opportunity investigator, Human Resources, investigating allegations of discrimination on the basis of EEO categories. Her project work,
while an investigator, included volunteering her time to execute ERG programs, until such time
as that grew into a full-time position, with the growth of the ERGs’ strategic impact.
Prior to joining PG&E, Sue built an accomplished 16 year career in Human Resources with AT&T, where she was also an investigator and devoted time to affinity groups and community organizations. During the course of her HR career, Sue has provided guidance to both employees and senior leaders, in finding creative ways for all employees to contribute to company goals, while enhancing cultural awareness contributing to diversity and inclusion.
