Tamara Bradley

As Avista’s Customer Engagement Manager, Bradley is responsible for community engagement, outreach and communications, public participation strategy development and implementation, and solution development as they relate to the Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA). She oversees multiple projects with a focus on Avista’s Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP). Notably, Bradley recently wrapped up her stint as a loan executive for Avista, working as the Chief Operating Officer at Urbanova. An organization that leverages unique partnerships and technology to find new ways to make communities better, create healthier citizens, provide safer neighborhoods, and build stronger economies. Bradley previously served as program manager of Avista’s digital transformation to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), while also serving as Avista’s enterprise asset manager during this period. Bradley received her Master’s in Leadership in 2019 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Subsequently, she completed the Women in Leadership Certificate program, and the Authentic Leadership program through Gonzaga’s School of Leadership Studies. She is active in the Western Energy Institute’s Business Acumen and Women Leadership Mentoring programs.
