Tanya is the Strategic Change and Transformation Manager at FortisAlberta. She is responsible for managing organizational change, supporting corporate objectives and ensuring that people are ready and have what they need to be successful through transformation. With over 20 years of experience in the utilities industry, Tanya has held several leadership roles in Information technology, Organizational Change, Operations and Project Management. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada and enjoys the daily adventure of being Mom to 3 boys.
