Teala is the manager Customer Service at New Mexico Gas Company. She has a wide range of responsibilities, from ensuring great customer service to more than half a million customers to working on introducing new features to meet customer needs, as well as attracting, keeping and promoting top talent in the organization. Teala started her career in the utility business as an intern in college and has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. She has a background in corporate communications and economic development and has been through several utility mergers and acquisitions. She has been in her role in customer service for more than 2 years.
