I am a participant in the 2018 BAEL program and I find the utility and energy business very fascinating!! I am the manager of the 60-team member New Mexico Gas Company Call Center and have a wide range of responsibilities, from ensuring we are offering great customer service and working on introducing new features to meet customer needs, to attracting and keeping top talent, because our Call Center is a springboard to many other career opportunities in our company. I started my career in the utility business as an intern in college and I have nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, I have been in my current role for a year-and-a-half. I also have a background in corporate communications, and economic development.
