Teresa D’Alessio

As the Senior Manager of the ITS Program Management Office at Snohomish County PUD, I am responsible for larger ITS projects at the District, the ITS budget, ITS procurement and ITS contracting. I currently manage a staff consisting of Project Managers, Test Managers, a Release Manager, ITS Budget Lead, Contracts Analysts and an Assistant. Together with our business partners and other ITS staff we identify, plan, and execute IT related projects. Project budgets, varying by year in size, complexity, and quantity. I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, but have lived in the greater Seattle area for the last 22 years. I have a degree in Computer Science and have worked in Information Technology in various roles in different industries including Insurance, Retail, Finance, Publishing, and of course Utilities. I have been with Snohomish County PUD since 2005.
