Theresa Alberts

Theresa Alberts is a Talent Acquisition Specialist for SMUD’s Grid Asset department in Sacramento, CA. Theresa is a seasoned professional with the experience, creativity and dedication needed to recruit and match talented, resourceful candidates with the precise needs of her utility customers.

Theresa successfully created and launched SMUD’s High School Internship program; and she is a career ambassador for community outreach events.
She is an active member of the Inclusion Action team, Military employee resource group, and the Women’s employee resource group.

She holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems. When she is not working she is planning her next scuba diving expedition.
