Dr. Tina Drews is the Director of Talent Management at Salt River Project (SRP). She leads organizational change, leadership development, employee engagement, education, and talent strategy and manages leadership in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Learning Technology, and SRP’s Skills and Apprenticeship programs. Dr. Drews is passionate about employee development, continuous learning, and the advancement of our workforce. She has extensive experience in public and higher education and has served on numerous community non-profit boards. She is the current chairperson of SRP’s Women’s Interest Network and an advocate for inclusion in the workplace.
