Tom McGowan

Tom McGowan has over 35 years Telecommunications experience, 32 with CenturyLink and it’s predecessor companies. He is currently the National Network Joint Use Manager with responsibilities overseeing Joint Use Operations for CenturyLink’s US based Operations

Tom has been an Oregon Joint Use Association (OJUA) Board Member since June 2011 and has served the OJUA as President; Vice President; and now Treasurer.

He has a degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Portland State University.

He enjoys commercially growing wine grapes as well as landscape/hardscape projects.
