Tomaso Giannelli is a Senior Manager with over 20 years of experience in one of the largest electric utilities in the United States. Throughout his tenure at Southern California Edison, he has had the opportunity to work in several offices and departments. Through discipline and dedication he ascended through the ranks from meter reader to a Senior Manager. Currently, Tomaso oversees two teams, The first is focused on improving strategic communications to all customers about outages. In addition, Tomaso oversees the 24/7 Outage Communications team for business customers. Tomaso’s team has also been instrumental in implementing an award winning customized messaging solution for customers who may be impacted by Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). Tomaso’s teams have been awarded numerous external awards for their work in the Outage Communications space.
