Travis Metcalfe

Travis Metcalfe is the manager of Strategy, Innovation and Engagement for Tacoma Power. He has been with the utility for 18 years and his group works to advance Tacoma Power’s strategic plan and leadership culture by providing data and analysis that informs leadership decisions and improves operational performance. His group regularly develops and leads programs supporting employees, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, coordinating training and development offerings, and overseeing the administration of apprenticeship programs across Tacoma Power.
