Tricia Davis

Tricia Davis is Manager – Customer Interactions for NorthWestern Energy. Ms. Davis’ responsibilities include overseeing Contact Centers located in Montana and South Dakota and all customer interaction channels.

Since joining NorthWestern Energy in March 1997, Ms. Davis has held the positions of Customer Service Representative, Contact Center Supervisor and Customer Care Lead, giving her over 24 years of experience in the customer care industry.
