Tyler Lamb

I am the Director of Operations for QISG, specializing in competitive transmission projects, merchant transmission and renewable projects. With more than ten years of experience in the power delivery industry, my design experience ranges from 4kV to 500kV transmission and distribution facilities.

As a registered professional engineer, I’ve aided both public and private utilities, developers and federal entities in at-risk development, merchant transmission, and capital projects. My role focuses on consulting with multi-disciplinary client teams to successfully develop transmission projects under the FERC-1000 landscape as well as merchant opportunities.

My background has focused on large scale transmission projects and successfully navigating regulatory requirements, ISO/RTO requirements and client needs. Projects include green field design, FERC-1000 pursuits, rebuild projects, thermal upgrades and NERC compliance.
