Vanessa Kisicki has been the manager of Policy, Procedures & Standards (PP&S) at Salt River Project (SRP) since 2013 where she is responsible for SRP’s power delivery system design and construction standards. As part of SRP’s Grid Modernization organization, she and her team also play a key role in integrating new technologies, equipment, and methodologies into the existing system while ensuring system reliability, operability, maintainability, and safety. Prior to joining PP&S, Vanessa was responsible for leading strategy, enterprise architecture, and application development teams in SRP’s Information Technology organization. She also worked as an industrial engineer leading process and operational improvement efforts throughout the company. Before joining SRP, Vanessa was a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers focused on improving client operations through the implementation of technology solutions. Vanessa loves a good challenge – especially when it involves solving a tricky problem or figuring out how to make something better.
Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Arizona State University.
