Victoria Person

Victoria Person is the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Southern California Gas Company, which is a part of the Sempra Energy family of companies. Victoria has been working with Sempra since 2001. She started in Marketing and Communications roles before making her way to her current – and favorite — position in Diversity & Inclusion. She was honored with the “2015 Phenomenal Woman Award” from the Greater Los Angeles YWCA. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Mississippi, a Management Development Certification from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from the Cornell University School of Industrial & Labor Relations.
