Wally Buran

Wally is a Senior Director with Enovation Partners and the Edinfield Executive in Residence at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Wally has over 30 years of operations management and consulting experience and has managed and led assignments in competitive strategy, operations improvement, enterprise transformation, supply chain strategy, procurement & sourcing and re-engineering. He has worked with companies in a variety of industries including aerospace & defense, automotive, chemicals, consumer products, electronics, food, industrial products, medical devices, paper, transportation, and utilities. In his work with electric and gas utilities, he has focused on operations improvement, enterprise transformation, customer service, supply chain, risk and compliance assurance, transmission and distribution operations, and organizational restructuring. He has also provided expert witness testimony to public service commissions.

Wally has authored and directed multiyear research on Enterprise Transformation, Frontier Management Practices, Shareholder Value Creation and Growth Enablement Planning. He was the CEO of the Worldcrest Group; a senior partner with Monitor Group, Deloitte Consulting and IBM; served on the National Science Foundation, and teaches in universities and company based Executive Development Programs.
