Wayne Calder

Wayne Calder is currently the Director of Customer Care with ENMAX in Calgary, Alberta, and is responsible for the delivery of customer-focused solutions for residential and small commercial segments including accounts receivable and collections. He is accountable for operations, training & development, and workforce management & reporting, along with driving a highly engaged performance culture. Prior to ENMAX, Wayne was with TELUS for nearly 14 years in various roles including field operations, sales support and loyalty & retention marketing. He earned his MBA from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Philosophy.
