Wilhelmina Proby is the Manager of the Customer Contact Center at NW Natural, headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Wilhelmina has 20 years of customer service experience, 15 of which working in a contact center environment. In her time with NW Natural, Wilhelmina has worked in many capacities including Contact Center Supervisor, and most recently the Emergency Contact Center Supervisor, before moving into management in the fall of 2021. A native of Portland, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University. Wilhelmina began working with WEI as a Program Development Team member in 2015 before joining the Executive Planning Committee in 2017. In addition to her work within her department, she is currently a co-Chair of the African American Employee Recourse Group for her company.
