Will Gifford

Will Gifford is a Senior Data Scientist at TROVE with nearly 15 years of experience in energy analytics applications and is the lead Account Manager and Data Scientist. Prior to joining TROVE, he worked for the Energy Information Administration on survey sampling and conditional demand analysis for the RECS, CBECS, and MECS end-user surveys, and for DNV GL (formerly KEMA) doing impact evaluation and end-use load research studies for utilities and government clients. Since joining TROVE, Will has led several engagements focused on grid-side load forecasting, segmentation for customer engagement, and natural language processing applications for utilities. Mr. Gifford holds a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan.
