Yigit Ari

Yigit is a training advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) where he supports the technical training of Transmission and Distribution employees. He manages a team of instructional designers and oversees the development, maintenance, and delivery of technical training. Yigit made significant contributions in the learning technology space by launching pilot programs and developing evaluation studies for Virtual and Augmented Reality initiatives. He is a graduate from the California State University, Long Beach with M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Yigit is always looking for ways to contribute to a positive safety culture by implementing the latest industry best practices with proven methodologies.
