Yvonne Low is the manager of Customer Engagement and Corporate Communications at Southwest Gas Corporation. In this capacity, Low is responsible for the company’s marketing and corporate communications strategies and oversees initiatives targeted towards customer acquisition and retention, customer experience, public safety awareness, media relations, employee communications, and corporate branding. Additionally, Low manages the research, creative services, and trade ally partnerships functions at Southwest Gas.
In the last two years, Low has been a key player in advancing the company’s renewed efforts in customer and market engagement. Recent efforts led by Low included customer growth and retention programs, market research, corporate brand standards and messaging strategies, public safety awareness strategies, and energy efficiency program outreach.
Low joined Southwest Gas in 2004 and has more than 20 years of marketing experience which included management responsibilities within Fortune Global 500 companies such as Schlumberger and SoftBank. Her achievements include a global rebranding of a multinational technology company, managing the communications for an initial public offering, building marketing and communications operations from the ground up in various countries, leading marketing and communications initiatives across 20+ countries, and owning a consulting business for 7 years.
Low relocated to the United States 11 years ago after having lived and worked in Asia, Europe and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore.
