Jed Cappellazzi

Jed Cappellazzi is a Senior Faculty Research Assistant in the Wood Science and Engineering Department at Oregon State University, where he co-manages the Utility Pole Research Cooperative and Wood Biodeterioration and Preservation Lab with Mr. Matthew Konkler. Jed is originally from New York, N.Y. and has a B.S. in Forest Biology and a dual major M.S. in Soil Science and Forest Ecosystems. For over 5-years at OSU, Jed has specialized in Wood Preservation, Wood Decay, and Fungal Ecology. Jed enjoys Mushroom Hunting for fun.
