She joined Southern California Edison Enterprise Learning & Development as a Sr. HR Manager in 2017. Prior to Edison, she served as a strategic learning leader and diversity board member for the top 3 US financial organizations whereas she led leadership initiatives for over 260,000 employees. She lives by her personal mission of elevating individuals, communities and organizations to perform at their very best. She holds a Bachelor degree in HR Management, Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and is a Doctoral Candidate in Education. She is passionate about her family and loves spending time traveling with her much-loved husband and 3 treasured children.
