Kurt Kathol

Kurt has been working with UAV data acquisition methods for 8 years throughout the United States. His work includes extensive experience implementing usable High Precision Airborne GPS data for traditional stereo collection and point cloud creation. On a day-to-day basis, Kurt also manages video, RGB, thermal, Multispectral imagery and Airborne Lidar data acquisition for a variety of applications. As a constant, Kurt is involved in innovative research and development, integration and implements these findings to create high value UAV services. Kurt is the co-founder of Skyscene LLC, and has managed and provided UAV services for Skyscene clients for approximately four years. Skyscene LLC was then acquired by NV5 Engineering in 2017.
