Mr. Miller is a professional engineer with EDM International, Inc., a multi-disciplinary engineering firm located in Ft. Collins, CO.

Mr. Miller’s work at EDM incorporates 36 years of electric and communication utility experience to assist clients in managing their assets; he assists companies with:

• Professional Engineering expertise in distribution line design,
• Professional Engineering expertise and analysis for joint-use pole attachments for both distribution and transmission facilities,
• Developing inspection and analysis programs to identify NESC code violations pertaining to joint use facilities and
• Providing pole attachment audit assistance to pole owners and 3rd party attachés.

He has developed and taught safety seminars and NESC seminars to communication companies and given technical presentations at numerous utility and joint use meetings and conferences.
