Paul Morgan

Mr. Morgan has a BA in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and over 10 years electric utility experience. As an early adopter, PNM assisted Laminated Wood Systems with the development of the Phase Raiser system including design modifications and full scale testing. To date PNM has installed approximately 1300 Phase Raiser assemblies at voltages ranging from 46kV through 345kV.
