Sarah Allen

Sarah Allen is the Manager of Customer Interactions Walk In Centers for NorthWestern Energy. Sarah started as a Lead Admin/Dispatcher and has worked in various Customer Service and Operations support roles within the company since joining in 2011. The Walk In Centers are located throughout Montana, Nebraska and South Dakota and provide the opportunity for customers to speak in person to a Customer Associate regarding any questions or requests they may have on their accounts or Construction projects. In addition, the Customer Associates provide support for NorthWestern Energy’s Operations and Construction personnel. Sarah’s focus is to support the Customer Experience for both internal and external customers, ensuring that the needs of the customers and company are met while continuously looking for ways in which to enhance customer interactions with NorthWestern Energy.
