Seth Johnston

Seth Johnston is a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant in the Human Resources department at NW Natural. He’s new to the team, having joined NW Natural one year ago. Prior to NW Natural Seth was an HR Business Partner at a large software company. One of his primary goals is to build the change management capability within the organization.
