Steve Carpenter

Steve Carpenter is a Senior manager at Southern California Edison with over 30 years industry experience. For the past five years he has managed the regulatory and process governance for the SCE Distribution planning departments. Working with Mike Perez, he developed the Electric Utility Planner certification program at Cal Poly University, Pomona. In addition, Steve developed and managed a team that was the single point of contact for all residential development, including the tariff options of applicant design and installation.
