WEI expects members, speakers, vendors, attendees, guests, and staff to uphold the following behavior when present at a WEI meeting or event, whether held virtually or in-person:

- Embrace diversity and seek to understand perspectives or experiences different from your own.
- Drink responsibly at WEI-sponsored networking events and dinners. Excessive drinking or disruptive behavior due to intoxication is not tolerated.
WEI has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or harassment, physical and verbal, conducted by any participant and reserves the right to dismiss attendance and refuse access to future WEI programs.
Reporting an Incident
Please contact welisten@westernenergy.org to report an incident of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior at a WEI meeting or event. Reporting is confidential and is submitted directly to the WEI President. WEI will cooperate with any appropriate authority investigating a reported incident.
