Adam Copeland is a Deputy Division Chief in the Competition Policy Division of the Federal Communications Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau where he primarily focuses on issues relating to broadband deployment policy. Adam joined the FCC in 2012 as an attorney advisor in the Media Bureau. Prior to joining the FCC, Adam was in private practice representing cable and broadcast clients in front of the FCC and U.S. Copyright Office on a wide range of regulatory matters. He also previously served as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University Law School. Adam received his JD from GW Law where he graduated with High Honors and Order of the Coif, and his BA summa cum laude from The George Washington University.
