Adam Copeland

Adam Copeland is an Associate Bureau Chief in the Wireline Competition Bureau of the FCC where he focuses on matters relating to broadband deployment, infrastructure, and universal service. He joined the FCC in 2012 as an attorney in the Media Bureau’s Policy Division before moving to the Competition Policy Division of the Wireline Competition Bureau where he became a Deputy Division Chief. Prior to joining the FCC, Adam was in private practice representing media clients in front of the FCC and U.S. Copyright Office on a wide range of regulatory matters. He also previously served as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University Law School.
