CHARLES P. KELLER is a partner at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. where, for over 30 years, he has concentrated his practice in defending employers protesting federal- and state-issued Occupational Safety & Health Administration and Mine Safety & Health Administration citations. He is a frequent presenter on issues involving OSHA, including a popular trilogy series: Part I, An Employer’s Rights and Responsibilities During an OSHA Investigation; Part II, Minimizing Your OSHA Liability; and Part III, The Criminal Threat: How to React to Serious Jobsite Accidents.
