Jill Tracy

As the Director of Environmental Services for SoCalGas, the nation’s largest natural gas distribution company, Jill is responsible for environmental sustainability, compliance and regulatory approvals for major capital infrastructure projects and natural gas transmission, storage and distribution operations throughout Southern California. Jill has over 20 years of experience in environmental compliance and enforcement in the energy industry.
Prior to joining Sempra Energy in 2007, Jill was an environmental attorney in private practice representing Fortune 500 companies. She also worked for Chevron as senior environmental counsel and led the nationwide environmental litigation and enforcement program at Unocal.
Jill has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Independent Studies from Vassar College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
In her spare time, Jill enjoys volunteering for the Special Olympics in Orange County and spending time with her three sons.
