Monika Curman

Monika Curman is a Customer Experience Program Manager at BC Hydro. In her role, she works with other business groups across BC Hydro to advocate for customers and elevate their voices. In her more than 15 years at BC Hydro, she’s had the privilege of holding a few different careers, her latest being in the area of customer experience. One of her projects involved working with EV drivers to design a driver-friendly fast charging experience, including identifying ideal charging station locations and accessibility needs. Monika has an MBA in International Business from Simon Fraser University. She raised three children on her own, and is now “mom” to a bichon-poodle and a bunny. In her spare time, she acts on stage and serves on the Board of Directors for a local community theatre
