Paul Radel

Currently Paul is the Quality Performance & Business Development Manager for International Line Builders Southern California Civil Division. He has been with the company since 2005 holding various positions consisting of Superintendent, General Superintendent, Contract Manager along with my current position of Quality Performance & Business Development Manager. Some of Paul’s key responsibilities consist of training, educating and developing our growing workforce. Paul holds an OSHA 500 Training Card which assists with the training, educating and development of our group.

Paul has over 37 years of experience within the civil construction industry ranging from the installation of wet and dry utilities as well as the installation of natural gas and petroleum pipeline. His expertise is in the industry associated with trench excavation for the installation of various underground infrastructures. Started his career as a laborer before moving into roles of an Operator, Foreman and then into a Senior Leadership role.
