Rick Oliver

Rick Oliver is the Superintendent at NPL Construction, heading up the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho areas.

He has held various Foreman and leadership positions in the natural gas distribution segment.

With over 15 years of experience in water distribution and the natural gas industries, Rick’s ability to think outside the box to solve problems while encouraging safety and quality have earned him recognition. He is also driven to incorporate innovative technologies within underground facilities.

Oliver has over 25 years of practical field experience in construction. He strives to mentor and support the success of those around him through effective communication.
