Steven Tuskan

Mr. Tuskan holds a Master of Technology degree in Industrial Technology from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Arizona State University and an Associates degree in Engineering Science from Glendale Community College. Mr. Tuskan’s has a wide range of experience gained through positions in fleet vehicle and trailer manufacturing and forensic consulting. He specializes in the investigation, analysis and reconstruction of fleet vehicular incidents involving passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, pedestrians and bicycles. His range of expertise also includes construction, agriculture, industrial and specialized vehicles and equipment. Mr. Tuskan has applied his experience, education and training to incidents involving collisions, fire, maintenance, warnings and instructions, certification of vehicle components, static, dynamic and durability testing. Mr. Tuskan is familiar with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Society of Automotive Engineers Standards, and the testing required to evaluate compliance with those standards. He has testified as an expert witness in state and federal courts throughout the United States in these areas.
