Tom Rak

Tom Rak is Manager of Standards Engineering at PG&E. He is area of responsibility is Substations and T-Line Specification, Design criteria, Utility documents, Manuals, Bulletins, Waivers and evaluation of new technologies. Prior to his current role Tom Managed the Design Engineering department. Tom has a BSEE from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a MSEE from Portland University. Tom enjoys hiking and red wine.
